In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cc444" refers to the online gaming platform operated at cc444.lat and all associated services, applications, and subdomains.
• "Platform" means the cc444 website, mobile-optimised site, and any application or interface through which cc444 services are accessed.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the cc444 platform in any capacity.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single cc444 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. cc444 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity and will close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances where multiple registrations are identified.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cc444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. cc444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

cc444 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or activity contrary to the platform's integrity policies.

The cc444 platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus amounts are denominated in PKR. cc444 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on the cc444 platform:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard (where supported)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. cc444 reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing timelines. Players will be notified where such checks are initiated.

cc444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time the relevant promotion is offered or displayed within the cc444 promotions section.

General conditions applicable to all cc444 bonuses and promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are applied to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

• Registering more than one account on the cc444 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity theft.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs on the cc444 platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in any game, including poker-style or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the cc444 platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions through the use of a new account or alternative identity.

cc444's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cc444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

cc444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and cc444. By registering on the cc444 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and cc444, Players are encouraged to contact the cc444 support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. cc444 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as specified under cc444's operating authorisation. Details of the applicable escalation process are available from cc444 support upon request.
